For new range of products, empty bag bundles or tubers, we have developed and supplied high capacity layer palletizers, up to 2400 bundles per hour, but have also supplied a lower capacity robot palletizer for same products.
A high speed palletizer with a high speed vertical lift, a 2-lane diverter and 2 bundle pick-up and lay-off heads give an un-surpassed capacity of up to 2400 bundles per hour. And as each bundle head “only” handle up to 1200 bundles per hour, the stress on the operation is low, as well as tear and wear is minimized, and the palletizing quality is thereby optimum.
Advantage is then also, that it is possible to have a smaller number of bags in a bundle, as capacity is higher than any bottomer on the market. Unique is also that there is a version, which can palletise on sizes of pallets up to L2200 x W1200 mm as well as on all other smaller standard sizes of pallets.

Online remote pattern programming with X-ray vision, gives optimum and stable palletizing, which can be controlled by the 4 IP cameras.
And of course with the newest technology. All movements/motors are fully servo controlled and servo motors are with absolute encoder, so no 0-setting at power cuts. The servo gives a very controlled soft start and stop and also a un-surpassed accuracy and long life.
Low energy: every time one of the motors is slowing/braking down and coming to a stop, the braking power is re-used, thus saving you 20% energy compared to other palletizers. Integrated automatic greasing system for the linear driven systems.
